Let me just clarify this right off the bat, this post is not about what is now known as “Netflix and chill”. You know that late night text you get from your partner. You come over and can’t get through the opening credits of the movie because you have been mind fucked into sucking dick as your clothes seem to magically disappear from your body. Yeah not that “Netflix and chill” , I am talking about literally watching Netflix and chilling. I have never been placed in the version that leads to sex but I can reassure you that situation will never happen to me. I am completely oblivious to that kind of atmosphere, I am here to watch the movie and probably binge watch an entire TV series. I am coming super comfy; snuggy, onesie, pop corn and wine. It will be a no sex zone. I don’t function in code, the guy needs to hit me with a straightforward text. “Babe, I want some pum pum” 😂 lol, I am not even joking, I am getting everything shaved/waxed and ready for the dick. But a text like “Netflix and chill”, best believe we watching Netflix and I am watching the entire damn movie.
I laughed so hard at this meme because technically I am the guy and this posting is about Amine shows to watch on Netflix. Watching anime is my secret obsession. Only a few people know about my love for Anime. Whether its English dubbed or Japanese versions. I don’t mind, I’ve literally picked up a few Japanese phrases and I don’t mind reading subtitles. Ever since watching my first episode of Dragon Ballz I knew I was hooked to something. Mornings before school, I was tuned into Abcfamily watching Digimon, Yu Gi Oh! and Beyblade. And in the afternoons on Cartoon Network watching Naruto, Pokémon, Sailor Moon and Dragon Ballz. Then I started watching Inyuasha and Rurouni Kenshin and I was officially hooked to the world of anime. So for an anime lover, imagine how awesome it must be to have a section on Netflix dedicated strictly for anime. I promised someone that I would make a list of Anime shows on Netflix that has a bit of comedy, action and mystery. So here’s the list:
- Hunter X Hunter
Killua and Hisoka are my fave characters. This show has comedy, action and mystery. Its an awesome show. Not all the episodes are on Netflix but I found the rest on Youtube.
Only one season, but Rin Okumura will make you feel like you deserve more seasons because his personality is everything. Who knew my fave character would be the spawn of satan.
3. Seven Deadly Sins
I thought the storyline was interesting. I know this is a manga but I am guessing Netflix turned it into an exclusive series. Either way Season 2 is in the works so I am happy
Well, I couldnt leave Naruto off this list. Childhood flashbacks to when I wished I was a hokage lol.
5. Deadman Wonderland
I watched it to the end and found it enjoyable. I had a few moments when I went what the fack?! (This is awkward) but overall not a bad show.
6. Sword Art Online I & II
I liked the whole concept of escaping into an alternative universe. Half the time I feel myself searching for that escape so I had to put this on the list. Another watchable show
Loved Yato, he’s a suppose to be some spiritual deity but not the typical deity, which made me love everything about his character and ultimately I watched the entire series.
8. Attack on Titan
Another watchable series
So I got to number 8 and realized I could go on forever. I probably could have stopped at number 5.
Anyways, I am almost finished watching all the Anime series Netflix has to offer. So if there are any Anime lovers out there, please hook me up with some new series to watch.
